About the Role
We are looking for an experienced restaurant operations manager to manage the daily operations of our cantina. Help us improve the health and happiness of our customers while also helping create great careers and livelihoods for our employees. Need a combination of skills including a strong customer service orientation as well as experience managing restaurant operations, staff and customer service. This job includes a 5% savings match and subsidies for housing, transportation, groceries.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish
5 years restaurant and people management experience
Experience using Soft Restaurant or other restaurant management software
Experience closing books and doing basic accounting
Experience working in the kitchen and bar preferred
Bachelors degree in business administration preferred
